ANAHEIM, Calif. (April 29, 2026) — One person was taken to the hospital due to injuries following a crash in Anaheim on the Orange 57 Freeway, just south of Katella Avenue.
The three-vehicle collision occurred on northbound SR57 around 12:33 p.m. on April 29th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the drivers of a white sedan, a black Honda Accord, and a third sedan were blocking traffic lanes near the start of the Katella off ramp.
All lanes came to a stop and police and paramedics responded to the scene. One person from the Honda was taken to the hospital due to injuries and their vehicle was towed due to moderate front-end damage, the report said.
It’s unknown if other vehicles were towed or other motorists were hurt in the crash.
