There, they found a man and a woman inside a vehicle, both with gunshot wounds.The man was taken to a hospital and survived the shooting, but the sheriff’s office said the woman died at the scene.Detectives learned that the two people shot were not the intended targets and had nothing to do with what prompted the shooting. The sheriff’s office explained that near where the shooting happened, there was a “pop-up” party, where a large group gathered inside and outside a building.Witnesses told detectives that a group of four or five males went to a vehicle to get their handguns and fired around 70 rounds at another group, the sheriff’s office said. Caught in the crossfire was an Uber driver and two passengers who were trying to leave a nearby parking lot.As detectives continued investigating, the sheriff’s office said they learned the group that opened fire was waiting for a rapper and his associates to leave the party. Once they saw the group, that’s when they got their guns. On April 20, the sheriff’s office said deputies arrested Agbouti, Washington and the two juveniles. Colmenero had fled to Puerto Rico after the shooting, but was arrested at the San Francisco International Airport on April 29.The sheriff’s office said it has all wanted people in custody and that it is not looking for anyone else in connection.
