Substitute teacher may have tried grooming children

Detectives are asking parents and guardians to check with their children on whether they might have had inappropriate contact with a substitute teacher who the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office said might have been grooming young girls.Kurt Willer, 41, of Woodland, is not currently in custody, but the sheriff’s office said the Sacramento Valley Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force got a tip that Willer might be in possession of child sexual abuse material. Detectives are asking parents and guardians to check with their children on whether they might have had inappropriate contact with a substitute teacher who the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office said might have been grooming young girls.
