SAHUARITA, Ariz. (KVOA) – Pima County Sheriff’s Department detectives arrested a wanted gang member from California in Sahuarita on April 30.
Jacob Pulido was wanted in connection with a violent domestic incident in California and had an outstanding felony parolee at large warrant, according to a press release. He was considered armed and dangerous.
The Ventura Police Department in California requested assistance from PCSD. Members of the PCSD Fugitive Investigations Unit then located Pulido at a Sahuarita residence.
The Pima Regional SWAT Team served a search warrant at the residence, and Pulido was taken into custody without incident.
Pulido will face additional weapons possession-related charges stemming from his arrest in Arizona. He is awaiting extradition to California.
