Calif. (KOLO) – A California man and a Florida woman murdered a Florida man because they believed he stole $90,000 in drugs, which were actually seized by law enforcement, according to a Sunday, May 3, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Facebook post.
Jimmy Sanchez, a U.S. citizen from California, and Tsvia Kol, a U.S. citizen from Florida, are now off to prison following their sentencing.
Sanchez faces about three decades, and Kol faces nearly two decades in prison, according to ICE.
“ICE was proud to be a part of the federal investigation team on this case,” the post said.
