Built in 1910 and situated on a spacious 9,408-square-foot lot, the home has lived many lives, including a 2009 stint as a Decorator Showcase property. Designers by the likes of Nicole Hollis, Myra Hoefer and Jennifer Weiss Design transformed the space, further adorning it with marble, crown molding and luxe fabrics. The property sold for $8.4 million the following year, a steal compared with its massive markup in 2023.
