“Chris leads with common sense and a commitment to public service, prioritizing public safety and supporting our law enforcement personnel. He is equally dedicated to growing Kern County’s economy and protecting the industries that drive our region,” Grove said in the release. “Chris is a leader who puts Kern County first and delivers real results.”
Grove went on to write that Parlier set “clear goals during his first term to bolster public safety, fight for a strong local economy, and improve infrastructure, and has consistently delivered on these priorities.”
Parlier said he is “humbled” to have the senator’s support.
Grove “has been a strong advocate for Kern County, and I look forward to working alongside leaders like her to continue delivering results and building opportunity for Kern County families,” he wrote.
Grove’s endorsement Parlier comes days after the current Kern County Supervisors was endorsed by Kern County Sheriff Donny Youngblood.
