Fall trends, Champagne and a cause take center stage at Art of Fashion.

The San Francisco Opera Guild’s annual runway show and luncheon at Neiman Marcus, co-chaired by Teresa Medearis and Pam Preston, will benefit the Guild’s music education programs across the Bay Area, which reach more than 60,000 students.

At a time when arts education remains under threat in schools, programs such as Sing a Story, Opera Together and Books to Bravo bring classical music into classrooms, helping ensure future generations can appreciate the art form.

The event at the Union Square store will begin with a Champagne reception before lunch is served, courtesy of McCalls.

There will also be a fall trend presentation by Chloe King, formerly the market and editorial director at Neiman Marcus, followed by a runway show featuring selections available in stores next season.

Whether seeking a standout look for September gala season or a chance to rethink personal style, the benefit event offers expert advice.

Beyond the fashion, the luncheon underscores a larger mission. The future of opera rests on investment in artists and audiences through programs like those supported by the event.
