Early bird tickets for the Pacific Beach Arts Center’s upcoming gala are $75, but to get the discount offer supporters need to act fast.
The “Pacific Beach Arts Center Benefit Celebration – An Evening for the Arts” will be 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday, June 20 in the Soledad Club, 5050 Soledad Road in PB. There will be dinner catered by Cafe Athena, drinks, live jazz music, a fine art gallery sale, live auction and raffle.
Tickets are $75 if purchased by June 6 and $100 after at pbartscenter.org.

“This inspiring event will bring together local leaders, philanthropists, artists and community members to raise critical funds for the capital campaign to build the Pacific Beach Arts Center,” said event chair Jennifer Tandy.
“This will be an exciting evening for a wonderful cause,” Tandy said.
The purpose of the future center at 4606 Ingraham Street is to enrich and expand the arts and culture in PB by offering groups a venue for a variety of creative pursuits, according to proponents. This includes creation, education, performance and after-school programs. It will also provide low-cost studio and exhibition space for local and emerging artists, and be a venue for public events.
