Berkeley Humane will host a fee-waived adoption event alongside the return of its annual Pints for Paws craft beer festival. The event celebrates California Adopt-a-Pet Day and gives community members the opportunity to adopt dogs and cats at no cost. All adoptable pets are vaccinated, spayed or neutered, microchipped, and ready to go home the same day.
Following the adoption event, Berkeley Humane will host the 12th Annual Pints for Paws festival, featuring tastings from local breweries, wineries, cideries, and other beverage vendors. The event will also include food vendors, music, and games.
Proceeds support Berkeley Humane’s programs, including foster care, medical treatment, adoption services, and community support programs for pets and their owners.
