You may not think of Pacific Palisades as a foodie destination, especially after the devastating Palisades Fire displaced most residents.

But, that’s about to change next year when legendary Los Angeles chef Nancy Silverton partners with Rick Caruso and McG’s River Jetty Restaurant Group to open Spacca Tutto at the Palisades Village shopping center.

“This is my effort in trying to help. I never thought of having a restaurant on the westside, but given the circumstances. I’m here and I’m excited,” said James Beard award-winning chef Nancy Silverton.

“We want to breathe life into this area and we want people in the area to say ‘my town is back.’ Nancy Silverton believing in the future of the Palisades and believing in the future of Los Angeles is a big deal. Somebody who is viewed as the heart of L.A., born in L.A., one of the greatest chef’s in the United States,” said Rick Caruso, the Founder and Executive Chairman of Caruso.

Caruso says he’s tried to bring a Nancy Silverton restaurant to his properties for years. Spacca Tutto will be a steakhouse highlighting Italian and American flavors.

The goal is to not just attract those from outside the Palisades, but serve as a place for the community to gather while they rebuild their lives.

“This place will be cleaner than the day it was first built six years ago, and I want to do that because our guests are critically important to us. I want people to come here… with their families and not worry about air quality, not worry about toxins in the walls or what not,” said Caruso.

“We are here to certainly feed the community and I think that’s what’s needed right now. Comfort, sustenance, joy and bringing people together,” said Silverton.

Spacca Tutto and the entire Palisades Village shopping center will reopen August of 2026.
