Suspicious pellets found at Santa Clara park – NBC Bay Area

Suspicious pellets, believed to be rodent poison, were found at a Santa Clara park this week.

A resident on Monday alerted the city that their dog ate some of the pellets at Jenny Strand Park. The dog got sick but is OK.

A portion of the park will be temporarily closed Tuesday while crews clean up and investigate.

Anyone with information about the discovery is asked to call Santa Clara police.
