A missing 14-year-old Southern California girl was found safe, authorities confirmed Tuesday night.
Crystal Navarrete, 14, was initially reported missing on May 12, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
At the time, she was considered critically missing and was last seen walking on the 800 block of 119th Street in Los Angeles around 8:15 a.m.

Her family has not heard from her since and were very concerned for her well-being. On Tuesday night, LAPD said the girl was “found and reunited with her family.”
No further details, including the circumstances of her discovery, were released.
A “critically missing person” is defined as:
A person who has no pattern of running away or disappearing
A person in critical need of medical attention
The victim of a crime or foul play
The victim of a kidnapping or parental abduction
A person who is mentally impaired to the extent that such person is unable to care for himself or herself or is an immediate danger to his or her own safety or the safety of others
