The sentencing of Estrada had been set for last month after he pleaded no contest to child stealing and meeting a minor for lewd purposes.
The case stems from last June, when a 14-year-old girl went missing from her east Bakersfield home. She was later found with Estrada, whom she had reportedly met through the popular video game “Fortnite.”
