BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — A bakery chain known for its Asian-style pastries and its Guatemalan coffee is opening a new location this weekend at The Marketplace.
85 Degrees Celsius Bakery Cafe is set to open Saturday at 9 a.m. The chain currently operates six locations in Southern California, and now has its first in Kern County. The opening of the cafe was announced back in October 2025.
Eyewitness News’ Solomon Ladvienka visited the 85 Degrees Celsius Bakery Cafe this morning for a preview of its official opening weekend menu.
