EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — May is Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month, and as part of the celebrations here in SoCal, Cambodian Restaurant Week is returning to Long Beach.

Long Beach is home to the largest Cambodian population outside the country itself.

The eight-day event features Cambodian-owned businesses, chefs and bartenders.

It’s hosted by the organization United Cambodian Community Long Beach.
