Multiple arrests after San Jose home assault and barricade: PD
(KRON) — Multiple suspects were taken into custody Thursday after a report of assault with a deadly weapon at a San Jose residence led to a barricade incident.

The San Jose Police Department said officers responded just after 1 p.m. to the 100 block of S. Capitol Avenue.
“An adult female victim inside the residence reported she was assaulted by three suspects with an unknown object,” SJPD said in a statement to KRON4.
The woman was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
San Jose police said they surrounded the residence and were later able to negotiate a peaceful surrender of the suspects, adding, “Five subjects exited the residence and two suspects were taken into custody without incident.”
It is not clear why the other three people were not taken in custody or what their involvement was in the incident.
This is an active case.
