2 people hospitalized after Sacramento County crash, officials say

At least two people are injured following a crash in Sacramento County, according to officials. Sacramento Metro Fire said two pedestrians were struck by a vehicle in the area of Eagles Nest Road and Woodring Drive, just south of the Mather Golf Course. Officials said four people were found to be involved in the crash and two of them were taken to the hospital. One person has major injuries while the second has moderate injuries. Information on the other two people is unknown at this time. The crash has prompted a road closure in the area, as California Highway Patrol investigates the crash. This is a developing story.
