NCTD Coaster reopens tracks after brief closure following police activity – NBC 7 San Diego

The NCTD Coaster announced the tracks between Old Town Station and Santa Fe Depot are back in service, after they briefly closed Friday evening following police activity in the area.

“Passengers can expect delays of up to 30 minutes as we resume our normal schedule”, according to a social media post.

They had directed passengers to Old Town Station for northbound COASTER services.

The type of “police activity” in the area is not known.
