A dire emergency stemming from an unstable toxic chemical tank has unfolded in the Orange County community of Garden Grove.
The tank that began overheating Thursday at an aerospace facility continues to pose a threat to the area, where 50,000 people are under evacuation orders. Firefighters said the tank at an aerospace facility will likely spill its dangerous chemical or explode.
Authorities have provided resources for evacuees and other people affected by the emergency.
