The crowd in Toronto, moments ago in an absolute frenzy, are stunned into an eerie silence as they file out of the Rogers Centre without the trophy they came for.
The Dodgers arms came through at every big moment, preventing the Jays big inning all game long, and thwarting would-be rallies repeatedly. Yamamoto? Awesome. Wrobleski? Fantastic. Sasaki was shaky but got through unscathed while three crucial pitches from Glasnow was enough to wrap it up for LA.
The Dodgers win thanks to one productive inning as their offense continues to be quiet, especially by their standards.
So the 2025 season gets pushed to the absolute maximum. The pitching tomorrow night is sure to include Ohtani and Max Scherzer. After that? Who knows.
Here’s what we do know – we will be live for Game 7, right here, tomorrow night!
See you then!
