Pressed Juicery will leave Sacramento’s Ice Blocks development after a decade.

SACRAMENTO, Calif — Pressed Juicery is moving out of the Ice Blocks in Sacramento after about 10 years, according to the property’s owner and developer, Heller Pacific.

Heller Pacific confirmed that Pressed Juicery’s lease at the Ice Blocks expires July 31, 2026, and they will not renew it. An exact move-out date has not been finalized.

“Pressed juice is indeed moving out of the Ice Blocks,” Heller Pacific said in a statement. “They’ve been a great tenant since ICE was first opened some 10 years ago. But change can be good and offer new options. We’re very excited about what comes next.”

The Ice Blocks development is located along R Street in Sacramento’s Midtown area.
