Sacramento SPCA teams up with the A’s for adoptions at Tuesday home games

SO WE’RE GOING TO TRY AND LOOK FOR A FAMILY WHO’S GOING TO WORK A LITTLE BIT ON THAT TRAINING. HE IS A VERY LIKE, ATTENTIVE DOG, SO WE THINK HE WOULD DO REALLY WELL AFTER THAT TRAINING. BUT HE DOES LIKE JUMPING UP. SO IF YOU DO HAVE LITTLE KIDS, WE WOULD SUGGEST MAKING SURE THEIR DOG SAVVY OR MAYBE WAITING FOR A HOUSEHOLD THAT HAS A LITTLE BIT OLDER KIDS WHO CAN DEAL WITH. The Sacramento SPCA is teaming up with the Athletics to help some four-legged fans find their forever homes.The partnership brings adoptable dogs to every Tuesday home game at Sutter Health Park this season. It gives baseball fans the chance to meet rescue pets before first pitch.Two adoptable dogs will be featured on the berm one hour before Tuesday’s game against the Seattle Mariners. The A’s are also covering the adoption fees for the dogs attending each game.The Sacramento SPCA says the goal is to raise awareness about pet adoption while connecting animals with potential new families in a fun, community setting.Fans can learn more about each dog’s background at the game and, if interested, visit the shelter to adopt.
