Thieves broke into a home and cut a hole in a locked closet door in a heist at a Hollywood Hills home, the LAPD told NBC4 Investigates.
A couple arrived home at about 8 a.m. Monday to find the home burglarized. After cutting a hole in the locked closet door, the thieves took off with almost $500,000 worth of high-end bags and jewelry.
Police took a burglary report. No arrests were reported early Tuesday afternoon.
Detailed descriptions of the burglars were not immediately available.
