Orange County had 59 million-dollar ZIP codes in the three months ended in July – up one in a year.
There were 4,785 sales in the period in communities with five or more sales and a median selling price of $1 million, says Attom data. That’s off by 1% compared to the previous year and equals 76% of countywide sales. The busiest seven-figure ZIP was Laguna Niguel 92677 with 221 sales.
Prices ranged from $5.3 million in Newport Beach 92662 to $1 million in Garden Grove 92841.
O.C. had 26 ZIPs with prices under $1 million. Sales totaled 1,538 – off 3% in a year. Busiest sub-million ZIP was Rancho Santa Margarita 92688 with 138 sales.
Prices ranged from $997,800 in Anaheim 92808 to $478,300 in Santa Ana 92701.
