A Chronicle analysis of San Francisco’s most recent Pavement Condition Index scores, a measure of pavement health collected in cities across the Bay Area, found just under a quarter of the city’s roads have below standard pavement quality.
The evaluations also found just 6% are in poor condition, with cracks and crumbles that make driving a loud and unpleasant experience. Do you agree with the PCI assessment?
