The San Diego Police Department is looking for a young boy who they say was last seen at 10 o’clock last night in the Oak Park neighborhood.
The four-year-old, named Levon Owens, was wearing tan shorts and a tan t-shirt and, police said, he had no shoes on. They added he is 3-ft. tall and has brown eyes and brown hair. His last known location was the 5400 block of Bayview Heights Place off of Bayview Heights Drive.
Anyone with information is asked to call the police or 911 immediately.
