The strong winds and moist, chilly air that has made San Diego County unseasonably cold this week will disappear by Saturday, allowing temperatures to return to normal levels over the weekend, the National Weather Service says.
“Dry weather with a warming trend will continue through the middle of next week,” the weather service said. “High temperatures will warm to 4 to 8 degrees above average for inland areas for Tuesday through Thursday of next week.”
Highs at the coast next Wednesday are expected to be in the lower 70s and as high as 108 in the lower deserts, the weather service said.
“The marine layer will become shallower with night and morning low clouds spreading into the western valleys late each night,” the agency said.
