Ribbon cutting marks the official grand opening of the Bulle

FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — A ribbon-cutting event was held for the official grand opening of the Bulle in Fresno.

Local and State leaders attended the event to get a tour of the restaurant and a demonstration by Chef Max McCarthy.

Owners Tom and Davita Miller are reimagining fine dining in their own backyard.
