‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ ballet this weekend: Golden State Ballet performs a ballet inspired by William Shakespeare’s romantic comedy about feuding fairies, the mischief-making Puck and mismatched lovers. Manny Cepeda Orchestra Quartet: Quartyard in East Village is hosting a night of Salsa music and dancing with the Manny Cepeda Orchestra Quartet. Allied Gardens First Fridays: The all-ages summer concerts are returning to Allied Gardens Park. Music on Main in El Cajon: Prescott Promenade will be the home to free concerts this summer in El Cajon. Music on Main is downtown El Cajon’s annual event that spotlights local singers and cover bands.
