BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) A man who was arrested for paying for sex with underage girls will be released on time served.
Randy Dale Miller was sentenced Wednesday in Kern County court after a January plea of no contest to oral copulation with person under 14.
The judge determined Miller is a suitable candidate for probation.
Miller was accused of paying another man, Anthony Scott Searles-Harris, $200 to have two girls, ages 13 and 17, perform oral sex on him.
Fellow defendant Searles-Harris allegedly hosted underage girls at parties at his Oildale home, giving them alcohol and drugs and coercing them into sex acts.
Searles-Harris faces 15 charges and has a jury trial set for May.
