Dawson Mercer scored twice last night in a 4-1 Devils victory over the Kings in Los Angeles. With the win, the Devils snapped a 2-game losing streak and moved New Jersey to 4-3-0 on the road this season.

Anaheim has won four of its last five games, most recently a 5-2 victory over the Red Wings on Halloween night. The Ducks are 2-1-0 at home this season. Jack Hughes leads the Devils with 15 points (9g, 6a) in 11 games. He had his four-game point streak snapped in the Devils’ 4-1 victory over the Kings last night. The 24-year-old pivot had a goal in two games against the Ducks last season.
