Summer Food Service Program Opens June 22, 2026 at 50+ Sites Across Sacramento
Sacramento City Unified School District (SCUSD) Nutrition Services, Central Kitchen, is pleased to announce its participation in the federally funded Summer Food Service Program (SFSP). Free breakfast and lunch will be served to all children 18 years of age and younger at more than 50 sites throughout Sacramento from June 22 through July 17, 2026. No application, paperwork, or proof of income is required.
Meals are available Monday through Friday. All meals must be consumed on-site; to-go meals are not available. Meal times and program dates vary by location.
Some sites will offer freshly prepared, hot food; other sites will offer unitized cold meals. Meal service hours vary by site and are subject to change.
