BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Country singer-songwriter Ernest is coming to the Kern County Fair as part of the Hard Rock Casino Tejon Concert Series, fair organizers said.

The singer is the first out of the lineup to be announced Tuesday ahead of the beginning of the fair. Organizers say they will announce two artists from the lineup each week leading up to the fair.

Ernest is set to perform on the fair’s opening day at 8 p.m. at the Budweiser Pavilion.
