SACRAMENTO, Calif. —

Sacramento police are investigating a hit-and-run that left one person dead, officials said.

Officers responded to the area of Del Paso Boulevard and Marysville Boulevard just before 6:30 p.m., where they located a pedestrian down in the roadway, police said.
