WANA (Nov 03) – The 26th Ojai Film Festival in California will feature the screening of several Iranian short and feature films.

 

Among the feature films to be shown at the event are “Roxana” directed by Parviz Shahbazi, “Silently” by Majid Reza Mostafavi, “In the Embrace of the Tree” by Babak Khajeh Pasha, and “Maria” by Mehdi Asghari Azghadi.

 

The festival’s short film section will also include Iranian and Iran–Canada co-productions such as “Anita: Lost in the News” by Behzad Nalbandi, “Aftershock” by Simin Mohit, “Tomorrow” by Ariasp Feiz, “The Window” by Alireza Kazemipour (Iran–Canada), “A Good Day Will Come” by Amir Zargarra (Iran–Canada), and “I Am Gitsan” by Hossein Martin Fazeli (Canada).

 

The 26th Ojai Film Festival will be held from November 6 to 10 (15–19 Aban), showcasing a diverse selection of international works and highlighting the growing presence of Iranian cinema on the global stage.
