The annual Switchfoot Bro-Am Beach Fest took place June 13 at Moonlight Beach in Encinitas. The event included performances headlined by Switchfoot, appearances by musical guests, surf contests, interactive brand activations, local vendor and nonprofit booths. Highlights included the Rob Machado Bro-Junior Contest featuring young local surfers, Surf Joust Battle and Adaptive Surf Youth Program. The weekend kicked off with a Benefit Party at Viasat in Carlsbad with bites and beverages, auctions, live entertainment and performances by Switchfoot and guests, according to a news release.
