The Picklr will soon open in Placentia.
The Picklr, an indoor pickleball franchise from Salt Lake City, has signed a lease with landlord DB Oil Inc. to take over a 22,400-square-foot former CVS at the Yorba Linda Center, located at 1204 Yorba Linda Drive in Placentia.
Lee & Associates Newport Beach represented the property owner.
The new location will have seven courts on the ground floor, a pro shop, locker rooms, showers and an upstairs mezzanine.
This will be The Picklr’s third indoor pickleball location in Orange County.
The fast-growing franchise is also opening sites in Fountain Valley and Rancho Santa Margarita, both in former big-box stores, this summer.
