Traffic was delayed on Highway 99 in Sacramento County on Tuesday as deputies searched for the driver of a stolen vehicle who crashed.The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office said the driver led deputies on a short pursuit and then crashed on southbound Highway 99 near Dillard Road, south of Elk Grove.The suspect then fled on foot.
