A woman was arrested after a stolen car chase ended in Yolo County on Tuesday evening, according to California Highway Patrol. CHP said there was a report of a stolen 2025 grey Honda Accord after 5:30 p.m. in Rio Linda. The chase went on Interstate 80 and then went onto northbound Interstate 505, ending in the community of Madison. The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office said the suspected stolen vehicle initially led Citrus Heights Police on a chase, but officers ended the pursuit. Deputies found the vehicle and a second chase started. Footage from LiveCopter 3 showed a heavy law enforcement presence on I-505 as a woman was taken into custody. The sheriff’s office said a PIT maneuver successfully stopped the vehicle. There are no injuries to the drive, the sheriff’s office said.
