FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — Caregivers at Community Regional Medical Center are asking for the public’s help in identifying a male patient currently hospitalized.
Anyone who recognizes the patient or has additional information is asked to call (559) 459-2251.
The hospital noted that the HIPAA Privacy Rule permits entities to use and disclose protected health information without individual authorization for certain public-interest activities, including emergencies affecting a patient’s life or safety.
