Andrews was described as 5 feet, 8 inches tall, weighing approximately 175 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black shirt and shorts.
When asked why the public alert was issued nearly six days after Andrews’ initial disappearance, a spokesperson for Sac PD told The OBSERVER that Andrews was reported missing June 19.
