Sacramento deputies take 2 men into custody after standoff at home

Sacramento County deputies took two men into custody on Monday after a standoff at a home. At around 11:30 a.m., the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office said a man reported having witnessed a person shoplifting from a store. When the man tried talking to the suspected shoplifter, they hit him with a metal scooter.The sheriff’s office said deputies tracked the person to a home in the 4100 block of Los Coches Way by El Sur Way in the Arden-Arcade area. Deputies have the house surrounded and are working to negotiate with the person to have him come out peacefully.Details were not released about the names and ages of the two people in custody.See news happening?
