Noteworthy: The senior quarterback completed 8 of 12 passes for 121 yards and two touchdowns in the Bruins’ 23-0 victory over Lakewood. Cooper also ran for 12 yards to pick up a key fourth down conversion. Wilson’s win clinched the program’s first outright Moore League title since 1991. The Bruins will host Paraclete on Friday in the first round of the CIF Southern Section Division 4 playoffs.
