About $100,000 worth of jewelry and other items were stolen late Tuesday night in a Venice home burglary, the LAPD tells NBC4 Investigates.
Police responded just before midnight to a home in the 2300 block of Clark Avenue after a resident arrived home to find the residence ransacked. Thieves broke in through a rear window and fled with belongings, police said.
The LAPD took a burglary report. No arrests were reported.
This is not the first burglary in the area. NBCLA reported on a break-in last month at the home of Los Angeles Chargers lineman Teair Tart.
That crime also remains under investigation.
