FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — Traffic signal cabinets in Fresno are getting a colorful makeover as part of a new public art effort aimed at celebrating the area’s identity and creativity.

Mayor Jerry Dyer and Council Vice President Tyler Maxwell announced plans to transform traffic boxes in the Fresno State area into public art displays through the Box Art Program.
