City of Bakersfield to host pop-up bulky items drop off event Saturday

BAKERDFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The City of Bakersfield is hosting a pop-up bulky waste drop off event Saturday at Riverlakes Ranch Park.

The event will take place from 8 a.m. to noon at 3825 Riverlakes Drive.

Items that will be accepted are:

Electronics (TVs, monitors, computers)

Items not accepted are:

Construction materials or debris (concrete)

Any items with refrigerant

Items more than 300 pounds

Household hazardous waste
