OAKLAND CITY, Ind. (WFIE) – Oakland City officials say utility bills have not been printed due to problem with the export files from old system to new system.
According to government city officials, they hope to be able to get bills printed and mailed out by the middle of next week, but are relying on the software supplier to get everything fixed.
Officials say they will extend the due date depending on when they are able to get bills completed.
