An overnight hit-and-run crash into a utility pole closed Pacific Coast Highway Monday in Malibu.
The road was expected to remain closed for hours in both directions at Paradise Cove as Southern California Edison makes repairs to power lines that were downed in the crash.
Details about what led to the collision at about 3:30 a.m. were not immediately available.
Authorities said the driver left the scene.
