A Delta Air Lines flight traveling from San Francisco to Los Angeles was diverted to Fresno on Monday after the crew received an indicator warning of a potential engine problem.

Delta Flight 2725 landed safely and without incident at Fresno Yosemite International Airport, the airline said in a statement.

“The flight landed uneventfully and we are assessing the aircraft while we work to reaccommodate our customers,” the Atlanta-based airline said.

Delta apologized to the affected passengers for the delay and the disruption to their travel plans.
